2025 Board Elections
In conjunction with the Annual Meeting on May 6th, we will be conducting an election for two Directors. The terms of Bill Hard and Kathy Riddle end at the annual meeting. Both of these individuals have been serving our HOA for the past four years. It is time to pass the torch to new volunteers.
The HOA utilizes a self-nominating process. Committee appointments/re-appointments will be made by the new Board.
All owners are encouraged to serve on either the Board or on one of the HOA’s Committees. If everyone takes a turn, we can ensure a prosperous HOA.

Board Meetings
Board Meetings will take place on Tuesdays at 10:00am at The Gallery Grille, unless otherwise noted in the calendar on TownSq. Board meetings are the forum during which the Board conducts the normal business of the HOA. While all Members are welcome to attend these meetings, there is no requirement to do so. The Board meetings include a 20-minute Open Forum session during which Members may address the Board.
Agendas and meeting notices will be posted on TownSq at least 48 hours in advance. Meeting dates are subject to change if warranted by the situation. All meetings will take place at the Gallery Golf Club unless there is a conflict with a Club function.
