Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees:
Landscaping
Monitor the landscaping in all common areas, ensuring the landscape contractors are performing their jobs according to the contract, and recommending changes/upgrades
Architecture & Landscape Review
Review and approve submissions for any external changes to existing properties, including major landscaping projects and new construction. We strive to maintain a harmonious appearance throughout all of our communities.
Finance
Help plan our community’s spending while keeping our finances balanced. This group of individuals works directly with the board and management in the preparation of the fiscal year budget.
Communications
Provide up-to-date and relevant communications to all members of The Gallery HOA via our website, newsletter and community emails.
Roads & Gates
Provide stewardship of The Gallery HOA’s common roads and gates to ensure safe and reliable conditions.
Welcome
Help our new neighbors get acquainted with our community by forming or becoming a part of your neighborhood welcome committee. Stop by to say “hello” to newcomers and drop off helpful information about the association.
Ad Hoc Committees
As special situations arise the Board of Directors will assign Ad Hoc committees to assess needs related to Erosion, Sidewalks, etc that are not covered under an existing committee.
