The Roads & Gates committee is responsible for the stewardship of the Gallery HOA's common roads & gates to ensure safe & reliable conditions.
- Maintain road surfaces in a smooth and attractive appearance
- Protect effective water runoff routes to avoid erosion to roads & roadbeds
- Inspect and maintain all gates to deliver reliable, consistent operation in a cost effective manner
- Determine the appropriate maintenance actions to preserve and extend the life of the roads, and define the reserves needed to fund future actions

How do I get access to the gate in my neighborhood?
All residents of The Gallery HOA have multiple options for gaining access 24/7. Garage door openers can be programmed to access the gates, personal gate codes can be obtained and RFID stickers for your headlights are available for purchase. Contact Associa for more information.
How do I get a personal gate code?
Contact Associa to change an existing gate code or to obtain a new one. Your personal code will grant access 24/7, so be selective in who it is shared with.
Can I setup a temporary gate code?
Yes, contact Associa to request a temporary gate code for a set amount of time (visitors, hosting a gathering or special event, access for a contractor, etc.). Associa can set this code up for temporary use and it will be deleted after the specified time period ends.
You may also setup a secondary code to be used by regular contractors that need access to your property (pool service, pest control, etc). Associa can setup a code that can be used during limited days and times. Contact Associa for more details.
Can Commercial delivery firms deliver my packages if the gates are closed?
Yes, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc. have their own unique gate codes for their firms.
There is construction in my neighborhood. What time are contractors allowed to enter through the gates?
Contractors are granted limited access with a unique gate code, Mondays through Saturdays. October thru March: 7:00am - 5:00pm; April thru September: 6:00am - 5:00pm.
How often does Street Sweeping occur?
The HOA has contracted to have all Gallery neighborhood streets swept on the 4th Monday of the month. If you notice a problem with the streets in between cleanings, please contact Associa. For better results, please move vehicles off the streets on these days.
What is the Speed Limit in our neighborhoods?
The speed limit in Gallery South is 17mph. The speed limit in Gallery North is 20mph. Please exercise caution and be aware of pedestrians, golf cart traffic, etc.
Is street parking allowed?
On-street parking is not allowed except for short periods of time allowing for visitors or contractors at your residence. Garages are to be kept free of excess items that will be prevent it from being used as intended for vehicle parking. Garage doors are to remain primarily closed.
Can I park my commercial vehicle at my home?
Commercial vehicles are prohibited other than standard sized vehicles with signs limited to doors only, and those public service vehicles that are required to be on call 24/7.
Can I park my recreational vehicle at my home?
Truck RV, Trailers, Campers, Boats and Motor Homes are allowed to park for a limited 48 hours for loading and unloading. These vehicles are not allowed to be used as accommodations for overnight guests.
Submit a request to Associa for the dates the recreational vehicle will be parked in the driveway or street. If parked in the street, be sure the vehicle does not impede other traffic or cause an issue for emergency vehicles. For temporary street parking, please use traffic cones or triangles that are visible in the evening.
