Common Area Landscaping
The Common Area Landscaping committees (North & South communities) are responsible for monitoring the landscaping in all common areas, ensuring the landscape contractors are performing their jobs according to the contract, and recommending changes/upgrades.
Northwest Landscaping is the selected provider for landscape maintenance for HOA common areas. Report any common area issues to Associa.
The Gallery HOA has large areas of natural desert where many state and local government policies and regulations must be followed.
From time to time, this committee will complete neighborhood cleanup projects and volunteers are always needed. Come together to keep our desert landscape beautiful, while getting to know your fellow neighbors.
Golf Villas & The Cottages
Front yard landscaping maintenance and enhancements for these two neighborhoods are the responsibility of The Gallery HOA, based on their HOA fee structure. The HOA has contracted with Northwest Landscaping to provide landscape maintenance in these neighborhoods. Please refer to the document below for more information.
