Finance
The Finance Committee is responsible for planning our community’s spending while keeping our finances balanced. This group of individuals works directly with the board and management in the preparation of the fiscal year budget.
Review selected financial transactions as well as monthly and annual financial statements
Prepare the Annual Operating Budgets and recommend the amounts for the Annual Assessments needed to fund the Operating Expenses and required Reserves
Review and analyze finance and accounting reports
Analyze and evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bids and contracts and understand and provide input on financial reporting and internal control procedures
